Like many therapists my group practice was started during the pandemic, with an increase in demand for mental health support, virtual access, compliance laws and interstate rules constantly changing, new training requirements, AND all of it rolled out overnight. I am grateful to say, my practice is still standing and I have learned a ton! There is so much information out here about and I want to help clear some of the fear, confusion and myths that are keeping you from starting a group mental health practice.
